This year’s summit features keynote speaker Jay Kreps, CEO of Confluent and co-creator of Apache Kafka®. “Modern organizations are looking to decentralized architectures to scale data across their company in real-time,” said Jay Kreps, co-founder and CEO of Confluent. “At my Druid Summit keynote, I’ll discuss how companies that build a data mesh on Apache Kafka can deploy purpose-built, best of breed technologies, like Apache Druid. I will also outline how Confluent brings together Kafka and Druid to power our internal and external monitoring services, including Health+.”

Druid Summit 2021 is a learning conference for the global Druid developer community. The Summit is aimed at developers, architects and data professionals and provides a forum to share their experience with Druid and network with their peers.

“Apache Druid adoption has skyrocketed over the past few years as more and more organizations are building modern analytics applications, and that’s why this event is so timely and important,” said Yang. “It’s an exciting opportunity to bring this burgeoning developer community together to learn and share ideas and take Druid to the next level. If you're serious about Druid, this is a can't-miss event.”

Offering a wide range of content and activities, Druid Summit 2021 will offer training and education on Druid and its ecosystem.
