SUNY Corning Community College Selects YuJa for Video Creation, Storage and Management Solution

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SUNY Corning Community College, part of the State University of New York system, has engaged YuJa, Inc. to provide a video recording and management solution.

College officials initially sought a way to expand HyFlex and online learning opportunities. After a formal evaluation, institutional leaders found that they could not only enhance learning, but that YuJa’s Video Platform could serve as a centralized video management solution. The Video Platform replaces Ensemble Video, which was acquired earlier this year.

“YuJa’s Enterprise Video Platform provides an affordable solution to create and store video and other media, as well as to caption, and offers a plethora of teaching and learning options that will enhance SUNY Corning Community College’s HyFlex and online course offerings,” said Nathan Arora, Chief Business Officer at YuJa, Inc. “The platform also will serve as the college’s central video repository and bring together learning technologies.”

The College will benefit from a host of other unique features within the Video Platform, from Deep Visual Search technology to auto-captioning, on-demand recording, live streaming and more.

YuJa currently is offering a migration incentive for Ensemble Video customers that includes a custom built migration toolkit, an opportunity to receive up to $5,000 in human captioning or artificial intelligence-based automatic-captioning, data migrations and a team of implementation specialists to help link identification of video assets, integrate systems and train users.
