Avi Reshtick Joins Kramer Levin as Tax Practice Partner and Co-Chair of Israel Practice

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kramer Levin is pleased to announce that Abraham (Avi) Reshtick is joining the firm’s New York office as a partner in its Tax practice and co-chair of its Israel practice.

Mr. Reshtick represents clients in a wide range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including private equity transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions, business combinations with special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), joint ventures, capital market transactions, fund formations, and restructurings.
