ON Partners Appoints Kevin Burns Partner

Supply chain vet supports top-20 executive search firm’s growing supply chain & manufacturing, consumer practices

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON Partners, the experience-driven retained executive search firm, today announced the firm has promoted Kevin Burns to partner. Burns plays an integral role in the firm’s supply chain and manufacturing practice, which has doubled in the past two years, as well as its growing consumer practice.

Burns joined ON Partners in 2017 as a vice president, bringing to the firm extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain, spanning strategy, operations, logistics and supply chain management. Working with private equity and Fortune 500 companies to build executive leadership teams, he has helped expand ON’s reach through the acquisition of new clients including Honeywell, K&N Engineering, Minted, PDC Machines, Rothy’s and Vesuvius. His expertise and collaborative skill set has helped ON maintain strong relationships with ongoing clients including Ball Corporation, NVIDIA and Thermo Fisher, among others.

Before joining ON Partners, Burns served as vice president with a boutique executive search firm. He began his career with General Motors as a manufacturing engineer before transitioning into consulting with PRTM + PwC. He holds a BSE Industrial + Operations and BSE Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from University of Cambridge Judge Business School in Cambridge, UK.
