SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Habu, the Global Innovator in Data Clean Room Software, today announced it has hired three c-level executives to build upon the tremendous 800% growth in its first year, appointing Chris Gurciullo as chief revenue officer (CRO), Roopak Gupta as chief technology officer (CTO) and Matt Karasick as chief product officer (CPO). The industry veterans will lead Habu sales, technology and product efforts and report directly to Habu CEO and co-founder, Matt Kilmartin.

Gurciullo has worked with data-driven companies in the marketing technology space for 19 years at companies including Pubmatic, Dunnhumby, Sociomantic Labs, Rocket Fuel and Akamai Technologies. As Habu’s CRO, Gurciullo will spearhead global revenue-generation strategy and execution. He will build and lead the company’s sales organization and ensure execution of the strategy, growth and achievement of revenue goals.
Newly appointed to the role of CTO, Gupta is a 20+ year industry veteran -- formerly at Microsoft (via Rapt) and Salesforce (via Krux) -- who has built innovative, highly-scalable and best-in-class big data and machine learning technologies for Fortune 500 companies and startups. Playing a critical role in the future of Habu’s technology, he will oversee Habu’s engineering team and its functions, from both the day-to-day operations to the long-range planning and growth in application development.
As Habu’s CPO, Karasick will be responsible for the acceleration of Habu’s vision, development and execution of the Data Clean Room software. He will oversee the product team to lead and facilitate the creation of innovative products that deliver value to customers and the business. Before Habu, Karasick has held product leadership positions at DoubleClick, Trilogy, Acerno, Akamai and most recently, Indeed.
