Pay Governance Hires 20-Year Veteran as Partner in Its Los Angeles Office

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Executive compensation consulting firm Pay Governance (www.paygovernance.com) has hired Tara Tays as a Partner. Tays, who brings more than 20 years of executive compensation consulting experience, will be responsible for providing advice and counsel to clients across industries on a wide range of executive and board of director compensation issues. She will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Pay Governance, Tays was a Managing Director for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s U.S. executive compensation consulting practice. She has worked extensively with a variety of clients, including technology and high-growth companies across the United States.
