Pay Governance Promotes Keith Jesson to Partner

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pay Governance, a premiere board-level executive compensation firm that advises the boards of many prominent publicly traded companies, announces the promotion of Keith Jesson to Partner.

Jesson, a member of Pay Governance’s Philadelphia office, has more than 25 years of executive compensation and benefits consulting experience. Prior to the promotion, Jesson served as a Principal with the firm.

In his new role, Jesson is responsible for advising compensation committees and senior management teams across the full spectrum of executive compensation and governance issues. As a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries, Jesson is also a critical resource on executive retirement plan matters for firm clients. His experience spans the energy, financial services, utility and pharmaceutical/biotech industries.

Jesson previously worked at Towers Watson before joining Pay Governance in 2010, when the firm was founded.
