Vizient Completes Acquisition of Intalere, Expands its Supply Chain Capabilities

IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vizient, Inc. today announced it has completed the acquisition of Intalere from its parent company Intermountain Healthcare. This acquisition enhances Vizient’s position as the leader in serving the health care supply chain and enables it to further meet the growing needs of its diverse membership and customer base, which includes academic medical centers, health systems, community hospitals, rural hospitals and ambulatory care providers.

Vizient plans to bring the Intalere business fully under the Vizient brand identity by the end of 2021.
