Refac Holdings Announces Acquisition by Lincoln Road Advisors

BLACKWOOD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Refac Holdings, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition by Lincoln Road Advisors, Inc., a private equity group based in Miami, Florida.
