Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI LLC) Acquires High Availability, Inc.

Acquisition allows company to accelerate market leadership and grow best-of-breed managed services capabilities and solution portfolio

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Computer Design & Integration LLC (“CDI” or “the Company”) announced today that it has acquired High Availability, Inc. (“H.A.”), a premier solution provider and integrator of data center, networking, security, mobility, collaboration and cloud strategy products and services. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in the Philadelphia-metro area, H.A. specializes in solving complex and unique business challenges by architecting and implementing customized, forward-thinking technical solutions. The acquisition enables CDI to bolster its white glove managed services offering and expand its solution portfolio and geographical presence, while also accelerating growth through the addition of complementary services and a deep bench of talented engineers.

The addition of H.A. meaningfully increases the size of CDI’s managed services segment.
