With a single click, pharmacists can review patient-specific parenteral vancomycin dose recommendations calculated automatically using key clinical data such as patient weight, laboratory values, creatinine levels and drug administration times.

With the DoseMeRx integration, pharmacists have automated access to faster, more precise calculations, without any data entry, and proactively monitor for adjustments to reduce a patient’s risk of acute kidney injury.
