Entrada Therapeutics Strengthens Leadership Team with Key Appointments

Industry Veterans to Join as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Financial Officer

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Entrada Therapeutics, a privately-held biotechnology company dedicated to transforming the treatment of devastating diseases using intracellular biologics, today announced the appointments of Nerissa Kreher, M.D., as Chief Medical Officer and Kory Wentworth as Chief Financial Officer.

Dr. Kreher, a physician executive with a 15-year record of driving growth at start-ups and larger biotech/pharma companies, comes to Entrada after building clinical and regulatory strategy as Chief Medical Officer at both AVROBIO and Tiburio Therapeutics. Previously, Dr. Kreher was Global Head of Clinical and Medical Affairs at Zafgen, and has held positions of increasing responsibility at EMD Serono, Genzyme, Enobia/Alexion and Shire Pharmaceuticals. She is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist and began her career as Chief Resident and then attending physician at the Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Most recently serving as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, Principal Accounting Officer at bluebird bio, Mr. Wentworth built a global finance team to support operational expansion, commercial product launches, equity financing and strategic collaboration arrangements. Prior to joining bluebird bio, Mr. Wentworth served as Executive Director and Corporate Controller for Alexion Pharmaceuticals and has held positions of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
