Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. Relocates Corporate Headquarters to New Office in West Houston Energy Corridor

Global forensic firm leverages new space to accommodate continued growth and enhance client services

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. (Rimkus), a worldwide provider of forensic engineering and consulting services, today announced the relocation of its flagship office in Houston to Woodbranch Plaza III in the West Houston Energy Corridor. The firm moved from its previous office space of 30 years in Greenway Plaza to a nearly 14,000 foot upgrade at 12140 Wickchester Lane. The space will serve as Rimkus’ corporate headquarters and Houston district offices.

Among the upgraded features incorporated in Rimkus’ new space are a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a combination of open workspace and executive offices, floor to ceiling glass with high-end finishes throughout, multiple conference rooms per floor for collaborative meetings, and coffee and break rooms with an on-site café. The building is surrounded by greenspace with walking paths and water features for employees’ outdoor enjoyment.

Rimkus will occupy two floors of the LEED Silver certified building and has appointed Perrin Projects for design, Office Pavilion for furniture and Cannon Enterprises for buildout of the space. Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners facilitated the closing and management of the relocation.
