NorthStar Life Services Opens New Office Building in Texas

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NorthStar Life Services, LLC, a full-service life settlement advisory firm that assists institutional and private investors with each stage of the life settlement investment cycle, has opened a new 4,000 square-foot office building in Texas to accommodate its staff in the region.

NorthStar has enjoyed significant growth in recent years as it has expanded its presence as a provider of services to investors in life insurance policies. Earlier this month, the company assumed responsibility for servicing the life settlements portfolio on behalf of the Waco, Texas-based Life Partners Inc. Position Holder Trust (LPI PHT). NorthStar’s new office will serve as the primary location for staff members who are managing that work and it will also serve as a hub to support the company’s efforts to expand its footprint in the life settlements industry.

The new building is located at 15130 Badger Ranch Blvd. in Woodway, Texas, which is near Waco and approximately halfway between Dallas and Austin. It is part of an office complex next to The Outlook at Bosque Ridge, a major mixed-use development in Woodway.

Over the past several months, NorthStar has built out state-of-the-art IT infrastructure for the LPI PHT, developed world-class customer service protocols and transitioned key staff members who are now providing accounting services for the servicing of the LPI PHT portfolio. The Woodway building has room to accommodate 30 staff members to support NorthStar’s services for additional clients and other new business initiatives in the life settlement industry.
