NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The global strategy and marketing consultancy Simon-Kucher & Partners is accelerating its expansion into the North American insurance market, with new hire Nick Frank spearheading the effort. Simon-Kucher's insurance practice has been experiencing strong growth from rising demand for its signature value creation, value pricing and value selling recommendations.

Frank is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience helping insurance carriers and producers reimagine sales, product design, and revenue models. He has worked closely with insurance leaders to implement advanced digital technologies to improve sales funnel ratios, refine customer segmentation and optimize pricing. His expertise spans across property and casualty, life and annuities, reinsurance carriers, and producer organizations.

"Nick is ideally suited to lead our expansion in North America where tectonic forces are driving insurers to revise and rethink their revenue and distribution strategies," says Dr. Dirk Schmidt-Gallas, Senior Partner and Global Head of Insurance at Simon-Kucher & Partners. “His solid insurance background and passion, paired with his deep understanding of all-things-digital will be invaluable to help insurance leaders navigate these challenging and changing times." He is an expert in analytics, digital and information technologies, P&C technology solutions, and has deep knowledge of the industry's sales, rating, pricing, segmentation, and distribution lifecycles.

Beyond carriers, Frank has enabled P&C-focused InsurTech technology providers and service companies to enter the market. This includes market segmentations, refinement of messaging, product management, sales strategy, and software demonstration. Frank was previously a partner and managing director at a Big 4 strategy and technology consultancy. Before that he was a leader at Duck Creek Software and Guidewire Software, the two dominant modern P&C core software providers in the industry. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Minor in Mathematics from the University of Florida.

Simon-Kucher's dedicated insurance practice has helped the world's largest carriers, producer organizations, and providers achieve higher conversion, cross-sell, up-sell and profit ratios. The firm's TopLine Power approach helps clients realize untapped profits and unlock new streams of revenue.
