NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Computer Design & Integration LLC (“CDI” or “the Company”) announced today that Rich Falcone has been promoted to President.
Falcone will be responsible for managing CDI's growth strategy, overseeing the health of each business unit and ensuring CDI delivers exceptional value to its clients, partners and stakeholders. In addition to his existing responsibilities, he will now be focused on driving merger, acquisition and integration efforts with investment firm, One Equity Partners (“OEP”), and leading CDI’s Professional and Managed Services lines of business. Falcone will continue to manage revenue streams across all geographies, cultivate and develop talent throughout the organization, oversee strategic client and partner relationships, and spearhead the Company’s overall marketing strategy and brand evolution.

Falcone began his career with CDI in 2002 as a sales associate and has held various positions of increasing responsibility across the Company. He was first promoted to Associate Vice President (AVP) of Sales in 2009, where he was tasked with recruiting and building CDI’s first New York City sales office – which within two years became the Company’s number one revenue generating location. He was next promoted in 2013 to Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales, now leading both CDI’s New Jersey and New York City-based sales teams. CDI experienced three straight years of record sales growth under his direction.
After almost two decades leading high-performance teams in executive and management roles, he was promoted in 2017 to President of Sales. In this capacity, Falcone was responsible for all revenue generating functions, inclusive of core sales, digital sales, and annuity managed cloud services, with additional direct reports from marketing, pre-sales and inside sales. During his tenure, CDI posted its highest earnings in each of its major product and service offerings.
