Valent BioSciences Moves Into New Global Biorational Headquarters

Biological Products Leader Relocates Headquarters to Join Biorational Research Center at Libertyville’s Innovation Park

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Valent BioSciences LLC officially moved its global Biorational Headquarters (BHQ) to Innovation Park in Libertyville, Ill. The new headquarters is situated in the same complex as the more than 90,000-square-foot Biorational Research Center (BRC), which relocated from Long Grove, Ill., in 2018.

Previously located at 870 Technology Way in Libertyville, the Biorational Headquarters now shares the same address (1910 Innovation Way, Suite 100) as the BRC.

With its design carefully fine-tuned for the challenges of working in today’s COVID-19 environment, the new workspace features a specialized airflow filter system, Indigo-Clean LED lights that inhibit microbial growth, as well as sanitizing stations located throughout the office. The environmentally-friendly facility also incorporates the latest energy-efficient technologies and safety features, reflecting the company’s commitment to promoting a safe and healthy work environment. In addition, the floorplan provides increased conference, project, and huddle rooms.

Employees at both the BHQ and BRC are currently in the pilot phase of wearing proximity contact tracing tags that alert the wearer when they are within six feet of another tag to help minimize exposure and create traceable employee contact logs.
