Blue Road Investments Expands Warehouse Portfolio in El Paso, TX

EL PASO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Road Investments has closed on its acquisition of an industrial warehouse in eastern El Paso, TX for an undisclosed price. The 51,160 SF distribution facility, located at 9555 Plaza Circle, is 100% occupied by three transportation and logistics companies. This marks Blue Road’s 3^rd acquisition in the greater El Paso market and expands its total holdings in the area to north of 535,000 SF of industrial space with 315,000 under construction in Santa Teresa, NM. “We are excited to add yet another quality asset to our El Paso portfolio.
