Phreesia Names Lainie Goldstein CFO of Take-Two Interactive Software, to its Board of Directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Phreesia, the nation’s leading patient intake management platform, is pleased to announce it has named Lainie Goldstein as the newest member of its board of directors, effective July 20. Ms. Goldstein is the Chief Financial Officer of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., a leading global interactive entertainment company, where she oversees finance, investor relations and corporate communications.

Ms. Goldstein is a CPA with more than 30 years of financial and business experience in the software, entertainment, retail and apparel industries. Prior to joining Take-Two, she was Vice President of Finance and Business Development at Nautica Enterprises, Inc. She also worked in the audit and reorganization departments at Grant Thornton LLP.
