Industry Veteran, Rob Foss, Joins LibDib

Leading Young’s Market Company executive named Vice President of Revenue for the growing start-up wholesale alcohol distributor

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LibDib^TM, the web-based wholesale alcohol distributor, today announced that wine and spirits industry veteran, Rob Foss, has joined the company as the new Vice President of Revenue. Foss joins LibDib after twenty-two years of experience at Young’s Market Company, where he most recently served as the Vice President of Digital Commerce.

Foss’ role at LibDib is a natural career progression for the sales leader. His experience spans thirty years in the wine and spirits industry. While serving as Vice President of Digital Commerce at Young’s Market Company, Foss directed company-wide design and development, and launched their B2B eCommerce sales platform which generated $2M in eCommerce sales in the first year. He also provided customers with access to account information, dramatically reducing the number of phone inquiries. Prior to that, Foss served as Vice President of IT Business Development at Young’s where he bridged sales and IT, and led the design and development of an enterprise master data management system. Prior to those roles, Foss served as Vice President of Sales National Accounts On-Premise and other sales roles within the company. Early in his career Foss worked in sales for Delicato Family Vineyards and Diageo.
