Bruker Postpones Fourth Quarter 2019 Earnings Release and Webcast

BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR) today announced that it is postponing its fourth quarter and full year 2019 earnings results call to allow additional time to complete its year-end closing procedures, including procedures related to the effective income tax rate for 2019 and the related income tax balance sheet accounts.
Bruker will issue a press release announcing a new date and time of the postponed earnings call upon completion of these procedures.
