ON Partners Names Michael Lynch Partner

Silicon Valley-based executive search veteran to focus on variety of technology sectors, has placed executives with Bloom Energy, Facebook, Micron Technology

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON Partners, the experience-driven retained executive search firm, today announced that Michael Lynch, a veteran search executive with more than 20 years of experience in the global technology market, has joined the firm as a partner based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Throughout his career, Lynch has placed CEOs, C-level and board executives in sectors that are increasingly turning to technologies such as renewable energy, autonomous vehicles, aerospace and defense, and medical devices – including executives with Bloom Energy, DigiLens, Facebook, Infinera, Kulicke & Soffa, Lucid Motors and Micron Technology.

Before joining ON, Lynch served as senior client partner for Korn Ferry Executive Search, where he focused on hardware-oriented segments of the firm’s Global Technology Market sector. Previously, he co-led Spencer Stuart's global Clean Technology Practice and was a member of the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media Practice and Supply Chain Practice.

Lynch earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Victoria in Canada and is a former registered professional engineer in the province of Ontario. After completing his M.B.A. at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, he moved into management consulting with EDS and Accenture. He then served as vice president of operations at two early-stage startups before beginning his career in executive search.
