Lynn previously served in a variety of roles at Sterling Administration, including as regional vice president of sales. In her new role, she will work with companies, organizations and brokers to identify the HSA, HRA, FSA, POP, COBRA and Compliance products (ERISA, NDT, ACA reporting) that address their needs. She brings 20 years experience with her, including writing and teaching continuing education courses for the insurance and human resources industries in various states.
Lynn received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Sciences in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University. She is a certified employee benefit specialist through the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School. Her other designations include: CSA, GBA, REBC, RHU, RMA, SGS. She also holds her Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses and is PPACA Certified as well.
