LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) was recognized today in Forbes Magazine in their annual ranking of America’s best recruiting firms. Korn Ferry is named as America’s best executive search firm and a top professional search firm. Forbes worked with analytics firm Statista to compile the rankings.
As covered in Forbes, analytics firm Statista surveyed 25,000 recruiters and 5,000 job candidates and human resources managers who had worked with recruitment agencies over the last three years. Respondents were asked to nominate up to 10 recruiting firms in the executive and professional search categories. Firms could not nominate themselves and last year’s findings were considered. More than 17,000 nominations were collected, and firms with the most recommendations ranked highest.
“We’re honored to be named America’s best executive recruiter and a top professional search recruiter by Forbes,” said Gary Burnison, CEO, Korn Ferry. “Our purpose is to enable people and organizations to exceed their potential. At the same time, we also are redefining an industry. We are building a firm that has the scale and offerings that synchronize our clients’ strategy with their organization and people to help them drive superior performance.”
Providing further insight on the rankings, the Forbes article states: “To determine whether or not a candidate might be a fit, Korn Ferry turns to intellectual property, specifically a proprietary database of 50 million executive assessments conducted by the firm over the years. It may sound counterintuitive, looking to technology to learn about who someone is as a person. But in doing so, Korn Ferry gleans a unique perspective on candidates, an unbiased one.”
