Sopra Steria Completes Acquisition of the Manufacturing Engineering Business From Daher Industrial Services a Group Daher Subsidiary

Sopra Steria (Euronext Paris: SOP), a major tech player in Europe, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Manufacturing Engineering business from Daher Industrial Services to bolster its expertise in aerospace engineering.
Through this acquisition, Sopra Steria is significantly expanding its capacity in critical manufacturing engineering processes and continues to advance its strategy aimed at offering end-to-end expertise for the entire aerospace value chain.
Moreover, the Group is consolidating its positioning as a leading technology and industrial partner to major players in the sector, amid the accelerating pace of manufacturing processes and ever more exacting standards for industrial performance.
With over 360 employees the business posted revenue of more than €42 million in 2025. It has been consolidated as of 31 October 2026.
