Paradigm Named to Fortune Best Workplaces in Health Care™ 2026 List by Great Place to Work® for Fifth Consecutive Year

Reaching its highest rank yet, Paradigm’s continuing commitment to a people-first workplace is clear

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paradigm, the industry leader in improving the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses, today announced that Great Place to Work® has again honored the organization as one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Health Care™ 2026. Recognized for the fifth year in a row, Paradigm ranks No. 12 among large healthcare organizations—up two spots from last year and the company’s highest placement yet.

Our goal is to help as many people as possible restore their health and hope for a brighter future, and we can’t do that without our remarkable employees.

To create the highly competitive list, Great Place to Work used rigorous analytics and feedback from nearly 222,000 confidential employee survey responses. Only Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations were eligible, a certification that Paradigm earned earlier this year.

“Receiving this incredible honor for the fifth year in a row tells us that supporting and empowering our team is deeply embedded in our culture,” said Paradigm CEO John S. Watts, Jr. “Our goal is to help as many people as possible restore their health and hope for a brighter future, and we can’t do that without our remarkable employees.”

Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in the United States that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. An impressive 92% of Paradigm employees said Paradigm is a great place to work. Employees gave the company especially high marks for:

  • Welcoming new team members (95%)
  • Giving employees meaningful responsibility (94%)
  • Having honest and ethical managers (93%)

“Partnering with Great Place to Work gives us yet another way to listen to our people and act on what they’re telling us,” said Karen Jones, Paradigm’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “Since 2023, the share of employees who say they feel valued, empowered, and equipped to do their best work has grown from 76% to 83%.”
