Paradigm Appoints Jim Ryan to Board of Directors

Ryan brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the workers' compensation, claims management, and risk solutions sectors. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer at Sedgwick. During his tenure, he held a series of senior roles focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and business growth, working closely with payers and employers to improve outcomes across complex claims programs.
