Lyra Technology Group, an Evergreen Company, Names Dakota Ferguson CEO

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lyra Technology Group (“Lyra”), Evergreen’s portfolio of managed IT service providers, today announced that Dakota Ferguson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Ferguson, who has served as a Lyra Regional CEO since 2024, succeeds Elliott Hyman, who has stepped down from the role.

The announcement comes at a time of continued growth for Lyra, which today has more than 120 companies and 4,000 employees serving more than 20,000 customers.

Hyman joined Evergreen at its founding in 2017 and played an important role in building Lyra into a leading community of managed IT services providers globally. During his tenure, Lyra expanded into the UK, continental Europe, Australia and New Zealand and built the regional leadership structure that supports its companies today, giving the business a strong foundation for its next chapter.

In naming Ferguson, Evergreen intentionally chose a successor from within Lyra, reflecting the depth of leadership talent that has been developed across its operating companies. As a Regional CEO, Ferguson leads a group of Lyra operating companies and has delivered a strong balance of customer satisfaction, growth and profitability. Before that, he was CEO of Arnet Technologies, a Columbus, Ohio-based managed service provider that Lyra acquired in 2020. Having led at both the operating company and regional levels, he brings firsthand knowledge of the business and long-standing relationships across the organization.
