Reality Inc. Introduces Trustable AI, Trust Infrastructure for the AI Era

AI trust infrastructure that verifies the documents, photos, voices and video a business receives, seals a signed authenticity record to each, and extends the same trust to the AI agents it works with

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reality Inc. today introduced Trustable AI, an AI trust engine that verifies what a business receives: the documents and photos in an application, the voice on a call, the face on a video meeting, and the AI agents acting on another company's behalf. It shows exactly what was fabricated or altered and seals a signed authenticity record to it. Whoever receives it next reads the record.

AI-powered fraud is outrunning every defense built to stop it. The FBI tied more than $893 million in reported 2025 losses to AI-assisted crime. Deloitte estimates US losses from generative-AI fraud could reach $40 billion by 2027. Nearly one in five borrowers in a survey published this month admit to altering loan documents with AI.

Lenders, credit unions and insurance carriers take the hit first. A fabricated statement passes underwriting. A deepfaked executive on a video call talks a finance team into a transfer. A regenerated photo settles a claim. Faking any of these used to take real work and expertise. Now it takes a prompt, and the people who have to decide are left to guess. Studies have shown that experienced underwriters detect only 10% of documents forged with AI, and that people do no better than chance at picking out an image edited by AI.

Trustable AI ends the guessing. It marks the retyped balance and the AI-edited photo. It flags the cloned voice and the synthetic face. It checks that an agent is who it claims to be and is doing what it was authorized to do. It writes the finding and the evidence into a record that stays with the file, the call or the session, readable by any system, so something verified once stays verified everywhere it goes.

“AI made it easy to fake anything and hard to catch. We built the defensive AI that makes it effortless to check,” said Dr. Ben Simiao Ren, co-founder and CEO of Reality Inc. “Trustable AI looks at what you receive, finds what was fabricated and signs the result, so no one after you has to ask again. Verified once, trusted everywhere. That is what trust infrastructure means.”
