Daversa Named to Fortune's 2026 Best Workplaces for Women List

Recognition celebrates the women who have shaped Daversa's success and the firm's commitment to building a culture of excellence.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Daversa, a leading executive search firm specializing in building the leadership teams of the world's most transformative companies, has been named to the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™ list by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine, ranking No. 28.

The recognition is a testament to the women of Daversa, whose leadership, expertise, and influence have built the firm into what it is today. Women make up 62% of the firm and hold 65% of its leadership positions, including an impressive 90% of Managing Director roles. Behind those numbers are the women who lead our teams, shape our strategy, and continue to define Daversa's success.

"At Daversa, we spend every day helping companies identify the leaders who will define their future. We hold ourselves to that same standard internally," said Paul Daversa, Founder and CEO of Daversa. "The women of this firm are central to everything we've built. The teams they lead, the strategies they shape, the relationships they build with some of the world's most ambitious companies, and the standards they set are instrumental to Daversa's continued success. This recognition belongs to them and reflects the culture we've built together."

The Fortune Best Workplaces for Women list is among the most competitive workplace recognitions in the country. To determine the 2026 honorees, Great Place To Work analyzed survey responses from more than 640,000 women employed by eligible Great Place To Work Certified™ companies. Companies were evaluated on their ability to deliver consistently positive workplace experiences for women, regardless of role, employment status, or demographic background.

Eligibility requirements include employing at least 50 women, having women represent at least 20% of non-executive management positions, and having at least one female C-suite executive. Rankings are determined using 60 employee experience questions from the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey.

For Daversa, the honor reflects a broader philosophy that investing in people is foundational to long-term success. As a firm entrusted with identifying and placing transformational leaders, Daversa recognizes the importance of creating an internal environment that fosters professional development, meaningful opportunity, and the ability to build lasting careers.

"Companies that create great experiences for women are companies that create better experiences for every employee," said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. "When a company can show that anyone can build a career and do their life's work, that company is more resilient. These companies are built for the future because they invest in the future of their people."

"Congratulations to the companies recognized as Fortune Best Workplaces for Women," said Fortune Executive Editor Ashley Lutz. "This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voices and experiences of women themselves—and highlights the companies creating environments where they can grow, contribute, and do their best work."

This latest honor adds to Daversa’s growing recognition for workplace excellence, including its 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces recognition and Great Place To Work Certification. Together, these distinctions reflect the firm's commitment to cultivating a high-performance culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
