Employees can receive reimbursement funds quickly after expenses are approved, rather than wait for a check in the mail or a traditional bank transfer.

Payouts Network uses Visa Direct, Visa’s money movement network, to send approved reimbursements to an employee’s eligible debit card. Employees enter their card information on a Payouts Network page instead of sharing bank routing and account numbers for an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer. Their card information can be securely stored as a token, making future reimbursements easier. When funds become available depends on the card, the receiving financial institution and other factors.
