Travelers Introduces AI-Powered Quoting Tool for Workers Compensation

Travis Upload & Go℠ eliminates manual data entry for small business agents

HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Travelers Companies, Inc. (NYSE: TRV) today announced the launch of Travis Upload & Go℠, an AI-powered quoting tool that streamlines the workers compensation submission process for independent insurance agents serving small businesses.

How Travis Upload & Go Works
Travis Upload & Go removes manual data entry from the workers compensation quoting process, allowing agents to spend less time on paperwork and more time with their customers. Through Travis Upload & Go, insurance agents upload documents, such as ACORD applications, standard industry forms and handwritten notes, to initiate a quote. The new tool then:

  • Extracts information from the uploaded documents.
  • Prefills account and policy fields.
  • Runs eligibility checks automatically.
  • Generates a bindable workers compensation quote in half the time.

What the Data Shows
In an August 2026 Travelers survey of more than 150 small business insurance agents, 77% agreed that manual data entry is one of the most time-consuming and least valuable parts of their job. Fifty-four percent reported spending at least a quarter of their workday on it.

“We know speed matters when agents are quoting,” said Erin Rodliff, President of Small Commercial at Travelers. “Travis Upload & Go removes cumbersome data entry from their workflow so they can reinvest that time in the customer relationships that grow their business.”

Accessing Travis Upload & Go
Travis Upload & Go is accessible to independent agents within Travis®, Travelers’ rate, quote and issue platform for small business insurance policies. For more information, visit Travelers.com/UploadandGo.
