Stonepeak Completes Acquisition of BMO's Transportation and Vendor Finance Businesses and Launches Longview Capital Solutions

NEW YORK & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure, today announced the completion of its acquisition of BMO Financial Group’s (TSX: BMO) (NYSE: BMO) Transportation Finance and Vendor Finance businesses in the United States and Canada, and the launch of the independent company as Longview Capital Solutions (“Longview” or the “Company”).

Longview is a leading commercial equipment finance platform serving customers across North America, and one of the largest lenders to the commercial truck and trailer segment. Built on decades of industry experience, the Company provides customized financing solutions across transportation, logistics, construction, agriculture, healthcare, technology, vendor finance, and other essential industries. Under a transition services arrangement, BMO will continue to service and originate current and future loans on behalf of Longview during this transition period. This arrangement will provide continuity for customers and business partners and ensure uninterrupted service throughout the transition.
