Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management and Lincoln Energy Partners Launch Interval Fund Targeting U.S. Oil & Gas Assets

The Cantor Fitzgerald Energy Fund provides access to institutional-quality private energy investments with an emphasis on current income

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cantor Fitzgerald Asset Management (“CFAM”), the asset management business of leading global financial services firm Cantor Fitzgerald, L.P., and Lincoln Energy Partners (“Lincoln”), a Colorado-based oil and gas asset management company, today announced the launch of the Cantor Fitzgerald Energy Fund (the “Fund”), available under the tickers: CNRAX, CNRCX, CNRGX, and CNRSX.

Structured as a publicly registered, continuously offered interval fund, the Fund seeks to maximize risk-adjusted total return with an emphasis on current income, primarily by investing in oil and gas interests, including non-operated working interests, located in the U.S. CFAM and Lincoln believe this investment strategy and structure allow investors to participate in U.S. energy production without the complexity typically associated with direct energy asset ownership.

As of October 26, 2026, the Fund’s portfolio is varied across ~3,000 wells and 200+ operators in key U.S. basins, with exposure to oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids. The Fund uses an investment strategy previously implemented by Lincoln in a private predecessor vehicle, which launched on February 15, 2022, and was subsequently merged into the Fund through a tax-free reorganization in October 2026. This reorganization created one of the first ‘40 Act funds providing direct investor access to this specialized asset class.

“The launch of the Cantor Fitzgerald Energy Fund comes at a pivotal time for the U.S. energy sector,” said Bill Ferri, Global Head of Asset Management at Cantor Fitzgerald. “We are pleased to partner with Lincoln, whose specialties in U.S. oil and gas investing, disciplined underwriting, and focus on non-operated assets are highly complementary to Cantor Fitzgerald’s alternative investment platform. Together, we believe the Fund is well positioned to help investors participate in the evolving energy landscape and the opportunities it presents.”

The Fund is advised by Cantor Fitzgerald Energy Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser and a specialized joint venture that combines Cantor Fitzgerald’s size, scale, established distribution network, and institutional portfolio management capabilities with Lincoln Energy Partners’ specialty in energy investing and operations. The Fund offers access to investments typically reserved for institutional investors, with features including daily NAV pricing, monthly distributions, quarterly liquidity through repurchase offers, and streamlined 1099 tax reporting.

“We are excited to work with Cantor Fitzgerald to bring this strategy to a broader set of investors,” said Craig Brede, Managing Partner at Lincoln Energy Partners. “With strong fundamentals supporting the U.S. oil and gas sector, we believe non-operated assets offer a compelling way to access project-level cash flows in a critical segment of the energy market. Cantor Fitzgerald's scale, distribution reach, and experience bringing institutional-quality alternative strategies to the wealth channel make them an ideal partner to deliver this opportunity.”

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. There is no guarantee that the Fund will meet its investment objective. There is no guarantee that any investing strategy, including asset allocation, will be successful.

Energy Investment Risk: The Fund invests in oil and natural gas assets, which are subject to significant risks, including volatility in commodity prices, changes in supply and demand, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes. These factors may materially impact the value of the Fund’s investments and cash flows.

Commodity Price Risk: The Fund’s performance is highly sensitive to changes in oil and natural gas prices, which may be volatile and influenced by factors beyond the Fund’s control. Declines in commodity prices may reduce revenue, cash flow, and asset values.

Non-Operated Investment Risk: The Fund invests in non-operated interests and does not control the development, operation, or timing of production. The Fund relies on third-party operators, whose decisions may adversely affect investment performance.

Liquidity Risk / Interval Fund Structure: The Fund is not listed on any securities exchange, and shares are not freely tradable. Liquidity is limited to periodic repurchase offers, which are typically limited to a percentage of outstanding shares (e.g., up to 5% per quarter). There is no guarantee that shareholders will be able to sell all or any portion of their shares in these repurchase offers.

Valuation Risk: The Fund invests in illiquid and privately held assets that are not publicly traded. Valuations are based on models, assumptions, and estimates and may not reflect the price at which such assets could be sold.

Regulatory and Environmental Risk: Investments in oil and gas assets are subject to environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and potential liabilities. Changes in laws or regulations may adversely impact operations and profitability.

Non-Diversification Risk: As a non-diversified fund, the Fund may invest a greater percentage of its assets in a smaller number of issuers, which may increase volatility.

Tax Risk: Tax treatment of investments in oil and gas assets is complex and subject to change.

Tax benefits, including deductions and return of capital, are not guaranteed and depend on individual investor circumstances. Investors should consult their tax advisors.

General Market and Investment Risk: Specific securities may perform differently from the market as a whole due to factors such as management performance, financial leverage, and changes in demand. The Fund may also invest in other instruments, including fixed income, foreign securities, or other asset classes, each of which carries its own risks.

The Fund is suitable only for investors who can bear the risks associated with the limited liquidity of the Fund and should be viewed as a long-term investment. The Fund is a closed-end interval Fund, and there will not be a secondary market for the Fund's shares.
