CareView Communications Announces New Business Agreement with San Juan Regional Medical Center
LEWISVILLE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CareView Communications, Inc. (“CareView” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: CRVW), a leader in virtual patient observation and AI-powered safety solutions, today announced a new business agreement with San Juan Regional Medical Center, a community-owned, nonprofit healthcare organization based in Farmington, New Mexico. San Juan Regional Medical Center is a member of HealthTrust Performance Group.
The agreement represents another step in CareView’s continued expansion, bringing its patient safety technology to healthcare organizations focused on improving patient care and supporting clinical teams.
San Juan Regional Medical Center serves communities throughout the Four Corners region, providing a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and specialty healthcare services. Guided by its mission of improving lives through personalized health and care, the organization is committed to delivering high-quality care to the patients and communities it serves.
Through this new agreement, CareView will bring its Patient Safety System to San Juan Regional Medical Center, providing technology designed to support virtual observation and help clinical teams monitor patients who may be at risk for falls or other safety-related events.
CareView’s Patient Safety System incorporates motion detection and real-time, two-way audio and video communication to help caregivers observe patients remotely and respond when intervention may be needed. The technology is designed to complement existing clinical workflows, support timely interventions, and help hospitals evaluate patient observation practices while managing the demands placed on nursing resources.
“Expanding our reach to organizations like San Juan Regional Medical Center reinforces CareView’s commitment to helping hospitals address patient safety challenges through technology,” said Sandra McRee, Chief Operating Officer of CareView. “We recognize the importance of equipping clinical teams with tools that support patient observation, enable timely communication, and help healthcare organizations pursue measurable improvements in care delivery. We look forward to supporting San Juan Regional Medical Center as we continue expanding our impact across the healthcare industry.”
The agreement aligns with CareView’s broader growth strategy of partnering with healthcare organizations seeking practical, technology-enabled approaches to patient safety and operational efficiency. As hospitals navigate staffing pressures, rising operational demands, and the need to deliver consistent, high-quality care, virtual observation solutions can provide additional support for clinical teams while helping organizations assess opportunities to improve utilization and resource allocation.
CareView continues to build on its experience working with hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide, with a focus on delivering solutions that address real-world clinical challenges. By combining patient monitoring capabilities with reporting and utilization insights, CareView aims to help healthcare organizations strengthen patient safety practices and evaluate the operational value of their technology investments.
The agreement with San Juan Regional Medical Center marks another milestone in CareView’s ongoing efforts to expand its customer base and bring its patient safety technology to more healthcare providers.
