Voyager Sopris Learning Earns Multiple Industry Awards, Expands Educator Learning Initiatives

Recognition for literacy and math interventions, alongside professional learning events reaching thousands of educators, underscores commitment to student success

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Voyager Sopris Learning, a trusted leader in evidence‑based literacy and math intervention solutions, is proud to celebrate a year of industry recognition, literacy leadership and educator support. Through award-winning solutions, professional learning opportunities and evidence-based instructional programs, the company continues to equip educators with the solutions they need to help all students thrive.

Award-Winning Solutions

Throughout the past year, Voyager Sopris Learning earned recognition from leading education organizations and publications, underscoring the impact of its solutions in classrooms nationwide.

Most recently, Education Technology Insights named Voyager Sopris Learning a Top K–5 Reading Intervention Solution for 2026, recognizing the company’s commitment to Structured Literacy, educator-centered implementation and measurable student outcomes.

Several individual solutions also received national honors:

“These recognitions reflect the dedication of our team and, most importantly, the educators we serve every day,” said Cassondra Mantovani, Vice President of Revenue and Operations at Voyager Sopris Learning. “Our mission is to provide evidence-based solutions that help teachers meet the diverse needs of their students while building confidence, achievement and lifelong learning.”

Thought Leadership and Educator Support

Voyager Sopris Learning continues to advance conversations about effective literacy instruction through national professional learning initiatives.

During Power of Print Week, developed in partnership with edWeb, 2,500+ educators learned from leading literacy experts, including: Dr. Louisa Moats, who was recently featured in TIME Magazine for her foundational literacy work and creation of LETRS (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling), a program now owned by Lexia; Dr. Susan B. Neuman, who specializes in childhood education and early literacy development; and Dr. Lakeisha Johnson, a language and literacy researcher; about the role of teacher-guided, print-based instruction in supporting student achievement.

The company also hosted Dyslexia Awareness Week: Understanding Dyslexia, Empowering Educators, Transforming Outcomes, a three-day webinar series designed to help educators better understand dyslexia, strengthen instructional practices and improve outcomes for students. With over 4,400 registrants, sessions featured nationally recognized experts including Dr. Kelli Sandman-Hurley, who addressed common misconceptions about dyslexia and the importance of early identification; Casey Harrison, who explored the diverse profiles of dyslexia and their instructional implications; and Clarice L. Jackson, who challenged educators to move beyond awareness and take meaningful action through evidence-based instruction, intervention and family partnerships.

Together, these initiatives provided educators with practical, research-based strategies while reinforcing Voyager Sopris Learning’s commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.

“Voyager Sopris Learning continues to bring respected researchers, authors and practitioners directly to educators and gives us access to conversations that are both grounded in research and connected to the realities of teaching,” said Amie Burkholder, a literacy expert.

As educators face increasingly complex challenges, Voyager Sopris Learning remains focused on delivering practical, research-based solutions that accelerate learning and help every student reach their full potential. Its portfolio includes literacy, writing and mathematics interventions such as Voyager Passpor, LANGUAGE! Live, Step Up to Writing, LINKS to Literacy™, TransMath and Sound Partners, all designed to help educators drive meaningful achievement.
