GrabAGun Statement on ATF Guidance

COPPELL, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GrabAGun Digital Holdings Inc. (“GrabAGun” or the “Company”) (NYSE:PEW) unapologetically supports the Second Amendment and applauds the Texas federal court’s decision in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF and ATF’s October 9, 2026 guidance. These are decisive victories for law-abiding Americans’ civil rights. The guidance ends federal enforcement of NFA registration and prior-approval requirements for suppressors, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and other covered untaxed firearms. We thank President Trump for making this relief possible. We also thank ATF, Director Robert Cekada, Chief Counsel Robert Leider, and all of the agency’s hard-working staff.

Law-abiding Americans have every reason to celebrate. In Heller, the Supreme Court recognized that “the inherent right of self-defense has been central to the Second Amendment right.” McDonald made that right “fully applicable to the States.” In Bruen, Justice Thomas rejected treating armed self-defense as “a second-class right, subject to an entirely different body of rules than the other Bill of Rights guarantees.”

Our right to keep and bear arms comes from our Creator. The Second Amendment commands that it “shall not be infringed.” Blackstone recognized “the natural right of resistance and self-preservation.” Madison, writing as Publius, celebrated “the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation.” ATF’s guidance is the latest salvo in the fight to give these rights their full protection.

The momentum is in favor of our rights, and we are determined to build on it. The Silencer Shop ruling and ATF’s October 9, 2026 guidance were both major steps forward. But there is more work to be done to remove the unconstitutional infringements on citizens’ Second Amendment Rights and to fully implement President Trump’s Executive Order 14206 to remove any ongoing infringements and protect the Second Amendment rights of all Americans.
