Orano Has Launched a New 7 Year Bond Issue of 500 Million Euros
PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Today Orano has launched and set under its EMTN Program the terms for a 7 year bond issue for an amount of 500 million euros (maturity in October 2033) with an annual coupon of 4.75% (yield of 4.842% at issuance).
This operation aims to refinance the group’s debt.
Bank of China, BNP Paribas (B&D), CIC CIB, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis, J.P. Morgan, Santander and Société Générale acted as bookrunners for this bond issue.
