Qualitate Raises $25 Million Series A Led by Insight Partners to Scale the First Continuous Intelligence System for Primary Research
Qualitate has grown its revenue run-rate more than 10x year-to-date and conducted over 1 million minutes of AI-moderated expert interviews.
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Qualitate, the first continuous intelligence system for primary research, today announced a $25 million Series A led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investors IA Ventures and Crew Capital. The round will accelerate Qualitate’s mission to make high-quality primary research fast, affordable, and deeply integrated into every business decision.
Qualitate's AI-native architecture changes the calculus of primary research, starting with the quality of its expert network, delivering continuous intelligence that compounds with every conversation and embeds directly into how teams work.

The $100 billion-plus market research industry relies on costly, one-off projects. Consultants, expert networks, and market research firms take weeks or months to gather evidence directly from experts, with findings outdated before they are even complete.
Qualitate replaces that model with an always-on AI system for primary research. It sources experts, conducts interviews, turns every conversation into structured, searchable intelligence, and spots market changes as they happen. This allows organizations to continuously monitor their priorities and go deeper on material shifts, emerging risks, and unanswered questions.
How it works
At its foundation, Qualitate deploys an AI Interviewer to conduct thousands of proactive expert conversations each month. Each interview informs the next, enabling increasingly nuanced, context-rich discussions and building a continuously updated library of structured primary research across tens of thousands of companies and end markets.
Qualitate works seamlessly with the tools and research workflows teams already use. Customers query the library through Qualitate’s agentic research application or bring it into Claude, Codex, and other AI tools through MCP. With a single prompt, they can launch private custom studies using the same evidence-grounded interviewer and receive synthesized findings in days.
Customers can conduct interviews directly in Qualitate or import calls and transcripts from other tools, bringing human- and AI-moderated research into one system. Qualitate combines that research with a company’s own context to create a private and permissioned institutional memory. The AI Interviewer draws on that to ask sharper questions over time, while proactive alerts surface meaningful changes in sentiment and competitive dynamics. Every finding links back to the underlying evidence, with built-in safeguards for PII and potential MNPI.
“Every business decision should be grounded in primary data, not just the handful that justify a costly consulting engagement,” said Sagar Kadakia, founder and CEO of Qualitate. “Most AI tools analyze information that already exists. Qualitate goes further - continuously gathering fresh evidence from the right people and getting smarter with every conversation.”
Turning primary research into business outcomes
Qualitate is trusted by leading enterprises, hedge funds, private equity firms, credit investors, and venture capital firms. Customers use Qualitate’s primary research system to inform investment, product, and competitive decisions with real-time, firsthand insights. With Qualitate, teams can:
- Interview the broader market the moment it moves. When a competitor changes pricing, wins a flagship account, or buyer sentiment changes, teams can trigger interviews immediately and get answers in days.
- Collect feedback from hundreds of vetted B2B buyers. One publicly traded technology company used Qualitate to interview more than 300 vetted customers in 72 hours to uncover a competitor’s integration advantage and identify its own pricing opportunity.
- Track company demand changes in real-time. Qualitate turns cadenced interviews with a broad base of experts into time-series data, helping hedge funds and credit teams spot shifts in product adoption, spending, and competitive sentiment before they appear in reported results.
- Pressure-test the moat from every angle. One of the ten largest private equity firms in the world went from initial question to completed interviews with 25 churned customers and 25 former employees in eight business days, assessing why customers leave, what drives retention, where competitors have an edge, and how durable the company’s competitive advantage is.
- Enable AI agents to access primary research in every query. Through Qualitate’s MCP integration, agents in Claude and Codex can commission interviews as questions arise, giving teams access to firsthand evidence without the cost, complexity, or lead time of a traditional expert network or consulting engagement.
"Insight became a Qualitate customer before we led this round, which gave us a firsthand view of what they're building. Primary research across the industry has long been limited by cost, time, and access," said Crissy Behrens, Managing Director at Insight Partners. "Qualitate's AI-native architecture changes the calculus of primary research, starting with the quality of its expert network, delivering continuous intelligence that compounds with every conversation and embeds directly into how teams work. We're proud to partner with Sagar and the team as we believe they are redefining what market research looks like for the next generation of enterprise decision-making."
