ABL Texcell Diagnostics: Notice of Appeal by the Public Prosecutor Regarding the IntegraGen Transfer Judgment

ABL Texcell Diagnostics (Euronext Paris: ABLD – ISIN: FR001400AHX6)(“Company”) informs its shareholders and all stakeholders that it has been notified of the notice of appeal filed by the Public Prosecutor attached to the Évry-Courcouronnes Judicial Court against the judgment rendered by the Évry-Courcouronnes Commercial Court on October 9, 2026, approving the offer submitted by the Cmpany for the acquisition of IntegraGen’s assets and business activities.

This appeal has suspensive effect. Pending the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal, IntegraGen is therefore placed once again under judicial reorganization proceedings.

ABL Texcell Diagnostics takes note of this situation and remains fully committed throughout the ongoing proceedings.
