Almal Real Estate Development Secures Building Permit and Announces Next Phase of The One By Almal Bali Nusa Dua

The milestone marks a significant step in Almal’s international expansion as its Bali project moves towards construction.

BALI, Indonesia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Almal Real Estate Development, a Dubai-headquartered international property developer, has achieved a major milestone for The One by Almal Bali Nusa Dua, a Registry Collection Hotel, securing its official Building Permit (PBG No. SK-PBG-510305-14102026-001) through the project's Indonesian legal entity, PT Magical Bali Villas.

Issued on 14 October 2026 by the authorities in Badung Regency, Bali, the approval marks a significant step forward, clearing the way for the project's next phase of construction.

Located in Nusa Dua, one of Bali's most sought-after resort destinations, the development is planned to feature 154 residential units, including apartments, townhouses and private villas, complemented by curated dining, leisure and resort-style amenities.

Developed by Almal Real Estate Development, the project will operate under the Registry Collection Hotels brand, licensed by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The affiliation brings together Almal's distinctive approach to lifestyle-led real estate with Wyndham's global brand recognition, distribution network and Wyndham Rewards loyalty programme.
