Streamline AI Recognized by G2 and Ramp for Customer Experience and Growth

G2 reports seven-month ROI payback for Streamline AI customers; Ramp identifies the company among its trending SaaS vendors

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Streamline AI, the leading AI operating platform for in-house legal teams, today announced recognition from G2 and Ramp, reflecting strong customer experience and growing market traction.

Published this month, G2’s Legal Guide named Streamline AI among the best enterprise legal management platforms, citing it for the “smoothest implementation and most responsive vendor support.” The guide reports a 4.7-star rating and a Net Promoter Score of 90.

The G2 Legal Guide also reported that Streamline AI customers go live in an average of 1.9 months, compared with the category average of 2.8 months. Average ROI payback is seven months, versus 13 months across the category.

“Implementation could not have been easier,” said Rebecca Klein, Director of Legal Operations at Boomi. “And integrations with our Gmail, Slack, and Salesforce instances were smooth.”

Ramp also included Streamline AI among the trending vendors in its most recent Top SaaS Vendors report, identifying breakout growth relative to its size. The analysis uses billions of dollars in corporate card and bill payments across more than 70,000 businesses to track software purchasing trends.

“We’re committed to building a product legal teams can count on every day, and that commitment goes well beyond the technology,” said Kathy Zhu, co-founder and CEO of Streamline AI. “Our team puts so much care into the product and into helping customers succeed. It’s exciting to see more teams choosing us, and their feedback keeps us focused on what will make the biggest difference for in-house legal teams and the business stakeholders they support.”

More than 1,000 lawyers now use Streamline AI, which has processed more than 82,000 legal requests. In April, the company launched its In-House Legal AI Platform, followed by its enhanced Slack Intake Agent and MCP Connector, bringing legal workflows and context into the tools employees already use.
