Sygnia Unveils Security Operations Center Hubs and Expands AI-Powered Cybersecurity Capabilities To Challenge Threat Attack Rise

Sygnia’s next phase of global growth focuses on AI-driven innovation across MDR, incident response, and proactive security services.

TEL AVIV, Israel & AUSTIN, Texas & SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sygnia, the world’s foremost incident response and cyber readiness team, today announced it is establishing new MDR Security Operations Center (SOC) hubs in Austin, Texas, and Singapore. Together with Sygnia’s existing MDR operations in Tel Aviv, the new hubs will support a three-region, follow-the-sun operating model designed to strengthen 24/7 monitoring coverage, improve operational scalability, and enhance the customer experience for MDR clients worldwide.

Sygnia’s strategy of growth also expands its AI-driven capabilities with a new expert-led, AI-powered cybersecurity services platform. The new platform combines AI-driven automation and operational efficiency with the judgment, accountability, and real-world expertise of its elite cybersecurity teams. All of this coincides with a 40% year-over-year increase in the number of IR projects Sygnia fielded from H1 2025 to H1 2026.

“AI is changing the speed and scale of cyber operations, for both attackers and defenders,” said Guy Segal, CEO of Sygnia. “As we expand our global MDR operations and advance our AI-powered services, our goal is to help clients move faster while preserving what has always differentiated Sygnia: elite expertise, trusted client relationships, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in the moments that matter most. Our goal is not to replace expert judgment with AI, but to amplify it across every part of the cyber lifecycle.”

Today’s announcement marks Sygnia’s evolution to meet evolving threat actor challenges and support for modern organizations in defending against the growing number of AI-based threats. Key capabilities of Sygnia’s AI-powered cybersecurity services platform include:

  • AI-enhanced threat containment – AI-enhanced response workflows give clients the flexibility to decide which containment actions to automate and which to keep manual, enabling greater control while helping reduce time to containment.
  • Hybrid investigation model – Sygnia combines AI-assisted investigation with human-led expertise, helping clients prioritize workflows based on severity, available resources, and business impact while ensuring expert oversight remains central to critical decisions.
  • Expanded visibility into AI environments – Sygnia is extending monitoring capabilities into cloud-native AI workspaces through integrations with AWS Bedrock and other AI data sources, helping organizations better understand and secure emerging AI-driven environments.

The company will also innovate across its incident response and proactive security services, including the development of AI-powered workflows that help teams accelerate investigation, improve consistency, and deliver deeper insight across complex client environments. These workflows are designed to combine the speed, scale, and consistency of AI with the expertise of Sygnia’s responders, consultants, and analysts, helping clients strengthen resilience before, during, and after an incident.

The news follows a year of strong global momentum for Sygnia, including continued growth across its client base, recurring MDR business, incident response services, and geographic footprint. Sygnia now serves more than 350 clients globally, processing more than 5 billion log items a day, and MDR ARR growing 50%. The company operates across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APJ, with continued expansion across all regions.
