Carefeed Names Senior-Living Expert Ellen Kuebrich VP of Growth to Lead Commercial Expansion

Industry veteran who helped build a 20% national market share position at abaqis joins Carefeed to scale its sales and marketing engine

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Carefeed, the unified operations platform for senior living and long-term care, today announced that Ellen Kuebrich has joined the company as VP of Growth. Kuebrich will lead sales, marketing, and payments strategy as Carefeed scales its commercial organization across the senior living and long-term care market.

"I've spent twenty years watching operators get sold complexity when what they needed was time back in their day." - Ellen Kuebrich, VP of Growth, Carefeed

Kuebrich brings 20 years of experience in post-acute care to the role. At Providigm, she helped build a 20% share of the national skilled nursing market around abaqis, the company's flagship quality assurance platform. The approach was content-first and education-led, earning credibility with operators. She joins Carefeed to apply that same model to the company's next stage of growth.

Kuebrich's arrival comes as senior living and long-term care operators redirect technology budgets toward tools with measurable financial return, a shift reshaping how vendors in the space compete for attention.

"Most operators think they have a staffing problem. It's really a workload problem," said Terry Wall, CEO and founder of Carefeed. "Every new point solution they buy becomes one more thing their team has to keep up with. Carefeed flips that. Our platform does the work so their people can focus on residents. Ellen has spent two decades earning this market's trust, and she's the right person to lead that conversation."

Kuebrich's focus at Carefeed centers on the company's repositioned value proposition: helping operators make money, save money, and stay compliant through one connected operational platform.

"I've spent twenty years watching operators get sold complexity when what they needed was time back in their day," said Kuebrich. "Carefeed is the first platform I've seen actually deliver that, at scale."

Carefeed will introduce Kuebrich to the industry at the AHCA/NCAL Annual Convention and Expo, where the company will exhibit at booth 830.
