Rigaku Brings Application-Focused Semiconductor Solutions to SEMICON West 2026

X-ray metrology solutions for semiconductor manufacturing from R&D to high-volume production

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Rigaku Group will bring its latest semiconductor metrology solutions to SEMICON West 2026, taking place October 13–15 at Moscone Center in San Francisco, California. At the event, Rigaku will demonstrate how its X-ray technologies support semiconductor manufacturing across the entire lifecycle, helping customers connect their process challenges with the metrology solutions best suited to their applications and manufacturing needs.

As semiconductor manufacturing grows more complex, Rigaku provides precise, non-destructive X-ray solutions from R&D to high-volume production.

As AI-driven demand accelerates, device architectures grow more complex, and advanced packaging becomes more sophisticated, semiconductor manufacturers need increasingly precise, non-destructive metrology throughout production.

With the Rigaku Technology Center Silicon Valley in Sunnyvale, California, Rigaku works closely with semiconductor customers in the U.S. market, providing access to advanced metrology technologies, demonstrations, and application support. SEMICON West provides an opportunity to further engage with these customers and present Rigaku’s application-focused approach to semiconductor metrology.

The exhibit will highlight solutions for surface contamination analysis, crystal and wafer characterization, process control, thin-film and structural metrology, and advanced packaging.

Featured technologies and solutions will include:

“SEMICON West is an important gathering for the semiconductor community, and its return to San Francisco allows us to engage directly with customers about the manufacturing challenges they face,” said Richard Brough, Sales Director, Semiconductor. “By organizing our X-ray metrology technologies around applications and workflows, we aim to help customers connect their process challenges with the measurement solutions and insights they need throughout development and production.”

SEMICON West attendees are invited to visit the Rigaku booth and speak with its semiconductor specialists about their metrology and process-control requirements.
