Allvue Ushers in New Era of GP, LP and Fund Administration Connection on its Intelligent, AI-native Private Markets Platform

Agentic data ingestion, analytics, and investment workflows combining to bring visibility to the world’s most opaque asset class

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allvue Systems, LLC ("Allvue"), a leading technology provider for private capital markets, today unveils its next generation of agentic and Model Context Protocol (MCP) capabilities at Allvue Access 2026, demonstrating its continued commitment to making private markets transparent, efficient, and connected.

Allvue clients can now query portfolio benchmarks and other Allvue data through their enterprise AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, without logging into a separate platform.

Over the past 12 months, Allvue has shipped AI and Intelligence products across every stage of the private markets investment lifecycle, unifying data, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights to credit, private equity, and fund administration teams. Last week also brought the release of Moody’s Analytics EDF-X Private Credit Model, powered by Allvue, giving investors and lenders a deeper lens into underlying stress in private credit markets.

Allvue is extending its platform to enable teams across the private markets ecosystem to connect their preferred AI tools directly to Allvue workflows and data, without the data errors, security risks and manual handoffs that typically sit between systems. This reduces manual work, accelerating and improving decisions across the investment lifecycle.

“Private markets are entering a fundamentally different era. The industry is growing in scale and complexity, expectations for transparency are rising, and AI is rapidly changing what firms should expect from their technology,” said Marc Scheipe, CEO of Allvue Systems. “But AI is only as powerful as the data and workflows behind it. We believe the future belongs to firms that can connect their data, intelligence and workflows across the investment lifecycle, creating greater transparency, automating work and enabling better decisions. That’s the future we’ve been building toward at Allvue, and we believe we’re uniquely positioned to help define it.”

Allvue clients can now query portfolio benchmarks and other Allvue data through their enterprise AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, without logging into a separate platform. Within Allvue, Document IQ extracts and structures unstructured documents such as credit agreements automatically, cutting deal setup from hours to minutes with a clear trace back to the source. Allvue is also bringing AI agents into everyday workflows. In Capital Activity, now in a controlled rollout with select clients, users can make bookings and allocations with plain-English instructions. In Trading, agents take on manual steps so teams can move faster from instruction to a trade ready for review. More is on the way across data, workflows, and intelligence.

“Markets, technology, and GP and LP expectations are moving faster than at any point we've seen. AI models are being released three times faster than a year ago, and the majority of GPs are already evaluating or piloting agentic tools. We have seen the speed at which Allvue has been able to develop an operating platform that connects the entire private-capital lifecycle, including systems of record, data intelligence, and agentic workflows, in one place. It’s a testament to the team that Allvue clients can now interact with the Allvue platform and work however and wherever they choose,” said Ivan Latanision, Chief Product Officer of Allvue Systems.

A year of AI innovation, building an open, governed ecosystem

Over the past 12 months, Allvue has announced agentic capabilities into the workflows clients use across the private markets investment lifecycle.

  • The Capital Activity Workflow, launched with RSM US LLP, combines RSM's fund administration and governance expertise with Allvue's agentic architecture to compress capital call timelines from weeks to days.
  • Loan Notice Processing ingests agent-bank notices and pre-populates accounting for validation, while Capital Activity enables teams to use natural-language instructions to drive bookings, allocations and calls.
  • Document IQ automates data extraction from financials, credit agreements, loan notices, and fund-of-funds documents, with full traceability.
  • The Nexius Data Platform, Nexius Intelligence and Andi Insights are all live, giving clients a trusted source of truth, deal and covenant benchmarking, and a plain-English way to query their portfolio.
  • OneVue Workspace is rolling out and orchestrating tasks and workflows across Credit, Private Equity and Fund Administration.

Allvue is making its full suite of AI and MCP offerings available, enabling private markets firms to extend the value of their existing AI tools across their operations. For more information and to catch up on all the announcements from Allvue Access 2026, visit allvuesystems.com.
