Bardavon’s Jen Henry Appointed to the ODG Editorial Advisory Board

Partnership reinforces evidence-based physical therapy standards and collaborative workers’ compensation care pathways.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bardavon, a leader in musculoskeletal health solutions and workers’ compensation clinical innovation, announced today that Jen Henry, Vice President of Clinical Operations and Services, has been appointed to the ODG Editorial Advisory Board.

ODG by MCG, an MCG Health company, provides evidence-based medical treatment guidelines and return-to-work pathways widely recognized across the workers’ compensation and disability industries. As a member of the Editorial Advisory Board, Henry joins a multidisciplinary panel of physical therapists, physicians, nurses, and medical specialists who provide external clinical expertise and feedback to ODG.

In this role, Henry will participate in a structured review cadence throughout the year, offering clinical expertise and feedback on the physical therapy portions of ODG standards of practice. These guidelines define expected treatment trajectories and establish objective clinical metrics, including typical visit counts for specific diagnoses and procedures.

“I am honored to join the ODG Editorial Advisory Board and collaborate with fellow clinical leaders who share a dedication to evidence-based care,” said Jen Henry, VP of Clinical Operations and Services at Bardavon. “Bridging Bardavon’s real-world data and clinical insights with ODG’s trusted guidelines gives the opportunity to not only elevate industry treatment standards, but to also help ensure injured workers are receiving targeted, effective therapy, all while driving better functional outcomes for our clients and partners.”
