BARK x Crocs Collection Expands Beyond Pet Crocs Shoes, Starting With a Dog Bed You Can Personalize with Jibbitz™ Charm-Inspired Plushes

Matching collars, leashes, and poop bag holders, plus Crocs™ Classic Clog-themed toys and a new Espresso colorway, let dogs and their humans match from the front door to the dog park.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BARK (NYSE: BARK), the world’s most dog-centric company devoted to making all dogs happy, today announced a major expansion of its partnership with Crocs (NASDAQ: CROX). After Pet Crocs shoes, Crocs' entry into the pet category with BARK, sold out and left dog parents asking for more, the collaboration now expands beyond footwear into how dogs play, walk and lounge.

BARK x Crocs Collection Expands Beyond Pet Crocs Shoes, Starting With a Dog Bed You Can Personalize with Jibbitz™ Charm-Inspired Plushes

The centerpiece is the Crocs Snore Mode dog bed, a customizable, oversized Crocs Classic Clog-like bed your dog can actually sleep in. It comes with Jibbitz™ charm-inspired slots, so dog parents can style it just like a pair of Crocs shoes and swap plush charms to match their dog's personal flair. It's available now as an add-to-box option for new and current BarkBox (starting at $27/month) and Super Chewer (starting at $29/month) subscribers, as well as on bark.co, and will be available on crocs.com in late October.

The walk gets an upgrade, too. Crocs styles are already the unofficial dog-walking shoe, now the collection extends that same energy to the leash, with collars, leashes, and poop bag holders in four colorways, plus coordinating Crocs shoes, so the whole walk is matched head-to-toe.

The expanded collection also includes:

  • A full line of Crocs Classic Clog-themed toys, including a plush version of the iconic Crocs-and-socks pairing, shoe-shaped plush toys, rubber balls, and frisbees
  • A brand-new Espresso brown colorway of Pet Crocs shoes, joining Slime green, Marina blue, Orange-zing, Sunflower yellow and Dragon Fruit pink

"Crocs consistently wins by committing fully to big swings, then building an identity with consumers around those swings, that's the exact playbook we run at BARK," said Dave Stangle, VP of Brand at BARK. "We launched Crocs For Dogs two years ago as basically a one-off, and it's been selling out ever since. This collection is an evolution of that first product, it's not a novelty purchase, it's an identity purchase. We've built out the entire Crocs universe for dogs: toys, beds, Jibbitz charms. Dogs deserve it all."

Pet Crocs shoes come in three flexible sizes (small, medium, large) to fit as many dogs as possible. It’s made from stretchy EVA foam with an adjustable strap, grippy tread and ventilation holes for walks in any season.
