Locus Robotics Named No. 1 AMR Provider by Revenue in the Americas for Second Straight Year

Driven by the expansion of its unified LocusONE® platform, the company is the Americas market leader in both order fulfillment AMRs and total AMRs as operators prioritize flexibility over costly, fixed warehouse infrastructure

WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Locus Robotics, the leader in Flexibility-First Warehouse Automation, has secured the top market position in Interact Analysis’s latest Mobile Robot Market report. The rankings again place Locus Robotics as the market leader across both the order fulfillment and total AMR categories.

This milestone marks the second consecutive year that Locus Robotics has generated the highest revenue in the Americas region, outpacing competitors amid rapidly accelerating global demand for scalable mobile automation.

“Maintaining the No. 1 position in both these categories speaks to the trust our customers place in Locus Robotics, and the value our technology delivers across their operations every day,” said Rick Faulk, CEO of Locus Robotics. “Our customers need solutions that can adapt as their businesses, labor needs, and fulfillment requirements continue to change, and that is what our Flexibility-First approach is built to do. We will continue to invest in physical AI, orchestration intelligence, and support capabilities that help our customers operate more productively and scale operations with confidence.”

Locus Robotics supports more than 150 customers serving over 1,000 brands across more than 360 sites in more than 20 countries. Its global fleet now exceeds 22,000 robots and has supported more than 8.5 billion picks. Operating seamlessly as a single fleet, LocusONE dynamically coordinates tasks across the high-velocity Locus Origin™, the heavy-payload Locus Vector™, and the fully autonomous Locus Array™ to provide 100% SKU coverage without the rigidity of traditional fixed automation.

“Macro headwinds are inducing some caution around spending for long-term fixed investment and driving appetite for more flexible solutions like mobile automation,” said Ash Sharma, Vice President of Research and Chief Commercial Officer at Interact Analysis. "The market is increasingly favoring solutions that can scale across facilities, workflows, and changing business requirements. Locus Robotics' leadership in both categories for a second consecutive year reflects continued demand for scalable mobile automation across warehouse operations throughout the Americas.”
