Paubox Launches Security Awareness Training Product as Healthcare IT Names Employee Negligence a Top Risk

The new phishing simulation product works inside Paubox Email Suite and scores each employee's risk to show who needs coaching.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paubox, a HIPAA compliant email security provider for healthcare, today launched Security Awareness Training, a new phishing simulation product that works inside Paubox Email Suite. The product shows IT and compliance admins exactly which employees opened, clicked, or entered credentials on realistic phishing emails.

The launch was informed by Paubox's own research, which found that 85% of healthcare IT leaders say employee negligence is a top email security risk.

Paubox's Security Awareness Training includes built-in phishing scenarios. Administrators can send a scenario as written or generate an AI variation, and no simulation sends without human review. Campaigns can run as one-off sends or automatically each month. Each employee receives a Low, Medium, or High risk score, and a filterable view shows who needs follow-up training.
